BUILD Mobility starts; Pure announces $40 million financing
Kasey Evans joins BUILD early in 2019 and starts BUILD Mobility to invest in electric-vehicle and mobility technology.
On October 7, 2019, Pure Infusion announces a $40 million financing. Its first facility is open in Billings, Montana, with more under construction.
Latin America
BUILD Chile opens; BUILD backs Xos Trucks
On February 15, 2020, BUILD expands into Latin America with BUILD Chile, working with Chilean partners on companies in technology, healthcare and sustainability and on water scarcity.
On August 18, 2020, Xos Trucks of Los Angeles announces a $20 million round with BUILD participating.
Mobility
Einride Series B; Xos lists on Nasdaq; Lane VC spins out
In May 2021 BUILD helps fund Einride's $110 million Series B, led by Temasek and Soros Fund Management, and becomes a shareholder.
Xos Trucks begins trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XOS on August 20, 2021.
On October 22, 2021, BUILD Mobility becomes Lane VC, an independent venture firm led by Kasey Evans. BUILD keeps a minority stake.

On March 27, 2022, BUILD announces two new partners: Mark Green, co-founder of Top of Mind Networks, and Tyler Dabo, founder of injury.com and former publisher of Utah Business.

Pure Infusion ranks among Utah's fastest-growing companies
Utah Business names Pure Infusion the #2 fastest-growing company in Utah on August 23, 2024, and MWCN ranks it #1 on October 2, 2024.
Healthcare
#1 on the Utah Business Fast 50; merger with AleraCare
On August 20, 2025, Utah Business ranks Pure Infusion #1 on its Fast 50 list.
On November 24, 2025, Pure Infusion and AleraCare complete their merger in partnership with Hildred Capital, creating a network of 77 ambulatory infusion centers across 14 states. BUILD remains a founder and board member.
Healthcare
Pure Infusion launches its national brand
On May 18, 2026, Pure Infusion launches its national brand from a new headquarters in Sandy, Utah, with more than 75 infusion centers in 14 states serving over 5,000 patients each month.
Mobility
Einride lists on Nasdaq
Einride, in which BUILD has been a shareholder since 2021, begins trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ENRD on June 10, 2026.

BUILD Summit in Bend, Oregon
From September 22 to 24, 2026, BUILD hosts its investors and portfolio founders at Juniper Preserve in Bend, Oregon, for three days of founder presentations, portfolio updates and a roundtable on AI in healthcare and the workforce.
